Below is given a complete list of the names of the teachers employed in our city schools, with the salaries received by them per year set opposite their respective names. The list shows 74 teachers employed by the year at salaries ranging from $360 up to $2,500. Beside there are three supply teachers who are paid by the week for such work as they are called upon to perform:
